Samsung:

Samsung has launched its new smartphones, continues S series. This time it is Samsung S22, S22+, S22 ultra, Tab S8. This was a great week for Samsung. The entire family is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC in the global markets.

Samsung had featured the same camera specs for bot S22 and S22+ i.e 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 10-megapixel telephoto shooter, and a 10-megapixel selfie camera. It also offers a 4,500mAh battery

Samsung S22 Ultra: It has a 6.8-inch Edge QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display. Talking about the specs of the camera it offers 108-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, a 10-megapixel 3x optical zoom-supporting telephoto shooter, and a 10-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens offering 10x optical zoom and a 40-megapixel selfie camera. It also offers a 5,000mAh battery.

The Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ will be available in 8GB +128GB and 8GB + 256GB storage configurations. However, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will debut in 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 12GB RAM + 1TB storage options.

Samsung Galaxy S22 price begins at $799 (roughly Rs. 59,900), while Samsung S22+ carries an initial price tag of $999 (roughly Rs. 74,900) and Samsung S22 Ultra starts at $1,199 (roughly Rs. 89,900).

Samsung Tab S8 series:

Tab S8 series includes Tab S8, Tab S8+, Tab S8 Ultra. The Galaxy Tab S8 lineup comes in three sizes ranging from 11 to 14.6-inches. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ will be available in the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant as well as the 12GB + 256GB option. However, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will come in 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 256GB, and the top-of-the-line 16GB + 512GB model. All three models get improved S Pen performance and updated displays. The Tab S8 Ultra gets Samsung’s largest Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen and dual 12MP front-facing cameras.

Realme 9 pro+:

Realme 9 pro+ will be launching on the 16th of Feb. The phone is powered with Dimensity 8000. The Realme 9 Pro+ is said to feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0. 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. Talking about the camera, Rear 50MP (Sony IMX766) (OIS) Main, 8MP (Sony IMX355) (FOV – 119°) Ultra-wide, 2MP Depth, Front 16MP (Sony IMX471).

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will be powered with MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, camera- 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 119’, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor, a 16-megapixel selfie camera. 4,500mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC charging. It might be coming in two variants: 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB storage. OnePlus has confirmed that the phone will be launching on Feb 17th.

Airtel price hike:

Airtel was the first telecom player to raise mobile services rates in the range of 18-25 percent in November 2021. But again, Airtel has announced that they will be raising the Tariff plans. Bharti Airtel is likely to outperform its nearest rivals, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea (Vi) on revenue market share (RMS) gains in the coming quarters, helped by a combination of successive tariff hikes and SIM consolidation, said analysts.

Android 13 timeline:

Android 13’s timeline has been released by Google. According to this Timeline, In February and March, Developers Preview 1 and 2 respectively, and Beta 1: April, Beta 2: May, Beta 3: June, Beta 4: July. Then Final release. Google announced that the Android 13 Developer Preview can be installed on the Pixel 4, Pixel 4XL, Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 5a, 5G, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro. As usual, at first Android 13 will be coming to all Pixel phones.
